Fort de Gourmets commits itself to fully satisfying its customers. Fort De Gourmets must explicitly agree upon the refund or replacement of a product.
1. RETURN POLICY
1.1. You have 14 days to make a return request
1.2. The return request must be made by email to service-client@fortdegourmets.com. A product returned without authorization will not be accepted.
1.3. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original undamaged packaging, and accompanied by all its accessories. If you fail to do so, no exchange or refund will be made, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
1.4. In the event of a valid return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
2. PRODUIT NON-REMBOURSABLE
2.1 Final sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
2.2 Any order subject to a discount, sale, special offer or discounted purchase cannot be refunded.
2.3 Items opened, damaged or modified are not eligible for a refund.
3. EXCHANGE
3.1. Only an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery is eligible for an exchange procedure.
3.2. All requests for product exchange must be made by email to service-client@fortdegourmets.com and is subject to the explicit validation of Fort De Gourmets.
3.3. The study of the request by our care will determine if the exchange gives rise to a replacement by an identical product or an equivalent of the same value.
3.4. In case of a valid exchange, Fort De Gourmets will send you a shipping note to return the damaged product.
3.5 The shipment of the replacement goods remains at the expense of Fort De Gourmets.
4. REFUND
4.1. Only a defective or damaged item is eligible for a refund upon delivery.
4.2. All refund requests must be sent by email to service-client@fortdegourmets.com and subject to the explicit validation of Fort De Gourmets.
4.3. Fort De Gourmets will review the application and determine whether the refund is valid.
3.4. In the event of a validated refund, you will be notified by email of the refund decision. This will be effective within five working days.
3.5. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method.
3.6. The reimbursement of the initial shipping costs does not fall within the scope of the refund.
